Launching video instructions for registering, declaring and reporting on the implementation of waste recycling and treatment responsibilities on the National EPR Portal

On January 29, 2024, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MONRE) issued Notice No. 63/TB-BTNMT on the official operation of the National EPR Electronic Information Portal.

Consequently, manufacturers and importers who are subject to the responsibility of recycling products and packaging (Article 54 of the Law on Environmental Protection) and responsible for treating waste (Article 55 of the Law on Environmental Protection) must carry out current registration, declaration and reporting are made on the National EPR Portal (online form) instead of submitting paper copies to MONRE.

In order to direct clients to understand and self-register, declare and report online on the National EPR Portal, the National EPR Council Office officially introduces video instructions.
