To handle smoke and dust during the production process, in 2019, Yen Bai Cement Factory was invested by Yen Bai Cement and Mineral Joint Stock Company in a dust treatment system from an electrostatic filter to a bag dust filter. Also, at that time, the Factory completed the installation of an automatic monitoring system.

The emissions monitoring system of Yen Bai Cement Factory has 3 stations: The kiln exhaust monitoring station measures 7 parameters: NOx, CO, O₂, SO₂, total dust, flow and temperature; The grinding station and cooling station measure 3 parameters: Temperature, total dust and flow, the parameters will be transmitted directly to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Yen Bai province.

Recently, Yen Bai Cement Factory continued to invest and renovate wastewater reservoirs to raise Koi fish. Along with that, the Company has invested in building dams and planting trees and flowers to create an environmental landscape.

Mr. Nguyen Van Duc, Director of Yen Bai Cement Factory, said that since 2019, the Factory has invested in a dust treatment system from electrostatic filtration to bag dust filtration. Thanks to that, the situation of smoke and dust during the production process has been handled, and the unit invested in an automatic monitoring system. Environmental parameters are transmitted directly to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Yen Bai province.
