Environmental License
Introduction
What is environmental license?
Environmental license was first regulated in the Law on Environmental Protection No. 72/2020/QH14. Environmental license means a document issued by a competent authority to an organization or individual involved in manufacturing, business and service activities, permitting such organization or individual to discharge waste into the environment and manage waste and scrap imported from foreign countries as production materials in accordance with environmental protection requirements as prescribed by law.
The Environmental Protection Law No. 72/2020/QH14 will go into effect on January 1, 2022. As a result, A Chau Environment would like to share the following information about the environmental procedures and records that A Chau Environment is providing services in accordance with current regulations:

A Chau Environment Services Trading Production Company Limited was granted a business registration certificate with the function of consulting on environment and water resource activities.
With a team of more than ten employees who have completed the application for customers and have a university degree in the appropriate major or more, as well as 3-5 years of experience. A Chau Environment is committed to giving Customers peace of mind throughout the project implementation and operation by providing the right and sufficient advice from the start.
Network of local partners
A Chau Environment constantly cooperates with the Department of Environment's Environmental Monitoring Center, other units in the same industry, affiliated units,… in locality , with a constantly expanding network, to respond quickly to Customer needs.
Capacity
The A Chau Environment's team of contractors performing measurement - monitoring - sample analysis, professional documents have full certificates of eligibility for environmental monitoring service organizations in compliance with regulations and conditions, that is fully complied with the provisions of Circular 27/2014/TT-BTNMT
