How to "Switch old luggage to new"

From 01/04/2024 to 31/05/2024, Samsonite conducted the Luggage Trade-in Program. Customers can bring any branded suitcase to the Samsonite store system in exchange for a new suitcase at a 30% - 50% discount.

After placing an online order and getting a new suitcase, Samsonite customers should bring their old baggage to the closest shop so we may pick it up and recycle it later.

How to recycle?

The recovered old suitcases will be collected and processed by DUYTAN Recycling Plastic Company (DUYTAN Recycling), VINTRANS transportation unit, and A Chau Environment Company (MTAC), which are accompanying the program.

A Chau Environment will segregate the luggage components (outer plastic shell, inner fabric layer, aluminium frame handle, wheels).

The group of recyclable plastics will be transferred to DUYTAN Recycling to be recycled into plastic pellets. Then, new valuable products will be produced to give to schools and the community.

Materials that are no longer recyclable will be processed by other appropriate methods and standards without causing environmental pollution, as implemented by A Chau Environment.
