Mr. Nguyen Trung Ngha (HCMC) developed Reshare to collect and recycle old garments in order to clear up the waste landfill. Reshare has developed a "Green Underwear Detox" program to collect used underwear treatments and recycle them in collaboration with a construction materials firm in HCM. All old garments, in general, and lingerie, in particular, that are no longer useful will be recycled into cement.

Garments are the second-largest trash dumped into the environment, behind plastic waste, according to figures from several environmental organizations throughout the world. More than 80% of old garments in Vietnam are buried. Reshare has processed over 70 tons of clothing and distributed over 120,000 pieces in the previous year.

With Co-processing technology, old underwear will be burned in a furnace. Instead of typical coal, the facility makes cement utilizing the heat generated by garments. After burning, all of the ashes will be combined with clinker (one of the primary components of cement) to create the final product.

As noted by Mr. Nguyen Trung Nghia, the technology of converting old interior medication into cement maintains the same quality as the traditional method of manufacture. Every month, more than two tons of old underwear are sent to the plant to be converted into cement. He claims that this is Vietnam's greatest old clothing treatment technology since no trash is released into the environment during the ultimately used treatment procedure.
