Environmental Production Technology

Mr. Nguyen Huu Chi, Director of Manufacturing Engineering and Development Research of Dong Lam Cement, shared that since its beginning, many solutions have been deployed by the factory in series, among which has a particular emphasis on technological solutions in the protection of the environment.

Harness is investing in improving the system that uses heat to cool down the cement crusher, replacing the heat from the combustion chamber and reducing oil consumption.

The production technology line is selected with advanced and modern equipment, a dry rotor with a 05-story heat exchange tower, and an advanced TTF decomposition chamber with good ability to use low-fuel; operating this system helps to save energy, produce high-quality, stable products, operate reduced NOx emissions to protect the environment.

To be more proactive in the treatment of NOx emissions, the plant continues to invest in and put into operation the NOx disposal system using the SNCR technology last year, which has additional treatment solutions, boosting the plant's capacity to manage NOx emissions into the environment.

The second cement crusher project is investing in a new fully automatic loader and container system from the well-known German business Haver Boecker in order to maximize production while minimizing dust emissions. It's incredible how the container-filling system automatically replaces individuals, lowering the environmental impact of dust on workers' health, especially in the containment area.

Given the demands of the common labor market for mechanization of stacking and transfer, the factory has invested in automatic cement stacking and export lines to improve heavy, toxic working conditions, in line with the increasing demands of labor regulations and environmental protection.

The investment project of an equipment system that utilizes emissions heat to generate electricity is being implemented in order to deliver economic efficiency, protect the environment, and reduce emissions of dust and heat to the environment.

Dong Lam Company also uses new raw materials and additive products from other industries, particularly supplementary mineral additives, to improve product quality, reduce production costs, and protect the environment.
