Every year, the A Chau Environment Union organizes a Mid-Autumn Festival to honor the waste sorting workers at manufacturing plants.

Currently, hundreds of employees are directly working in their home country.

 All employees receive professional training to understand the significance of waste separation, factory regulations and relevant work processes. This is the driving force behind A Chau Environment’s efforts to keep thousands of tons of "materials from waste" circulating in reusing and recycling processes, rather than less valuable landfill solutions.

 Training and education on occupational safety and environmental regulations is also a regular work of A Chau Environment to ensure that the service delivery process is carried out in accordance with regulations, uniformity and health assurance - safe.
